Detailed Job Requirements:
Senior Processor/Escrow Officer
As a Senior Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of real estate transactions by handling all aspects of the title and escrow process with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process title commitments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and manage settlement statements in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings.
- Resolve title issues such as liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Mentor and guide Junior Processors as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in title and escrow processing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of title insurance policies, settlement processes, and real estate transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in title software systems (experience with industry-specific tools is a bonus).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Junior Processor

Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and preparing title documents and commitments.
- Support Senior Processors in coordinating real estate closings.
- Conduct preliminary title searches and report findings.

Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the title and escrow industry.
- Previous administrative or real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Customer Service Representative
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, this role is all about creating a welcoming and helpful experience while supporting the broader team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Support the title and escrow team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Build positive relationships with clients, agents, and lenders.
Requirements:
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
